ABOUT

Authentic warabimochi that is soft enough to melt in your mouth.
A great reward for yourself or a gift for someone special.
We deliver melting happiness that is only possible with our special manufacturing process.

1. Made with rare genuine bracken powder
We use the precious "real bracken powder," of which only 70g can be harvested from 10kg of the root part of the wild bracken plant.

2. A texture that's even softer than you'd imagine
In pursuit of the ultimate soft and creamy texture, we went through repeated trial and error with the ingredient mix and cooking method to achieve the ultimate in softness.
OUR QUALITY

3. Roasted soybean flour
We use specially selected soybean flour, roasted at the right temperature and time with the utmost care to ensure that the color and flavor are deep and the original flavor stands out. No sugar is used.
Traditional sweets "Warabimochi"
We wanted to bring the beloved "Warabimochi" to the younger generation and more people, so we added new appeal to it and created the "New Warabimochi."
